Clous Road Partners (CRP) is a real estate investment management company based in Cincinnati, OH. CRP has developed nearly 5 million sq. ft. and has invested more than $500 million in commercial properties, either solely or in partnerships. Our team of real estate professionals acquire and manage a diverse array of assets. We specialize in multi-family, traditional office, medical office, hotels, retail, single-family residential, assisted living, storage, and industrial facilities.

David Davis
PRINCIPAL
David has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His work includes the acquisition, development and re-selling of office, retail, industrial, hotel, senior living and multi-family properties. David also co-owns Axcess Financial Services, Inc., a diversified specialty finance company. David is the father of four adult children, an avid golfer, and lover of all things related to Cincinnati sports.

Marie Ellis Fox
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Marie is Clous Road Partners’ Managing Director and oversees all day-to-day operations for existing assets and development projects. Marie has worked in commercial real estate for more than 20 years. She is versed in all asset classes, holds an Ohio Broker’s License, and has worked on some of the largest real estate transactions in Cincinnati. A devoted mother of two and now a proud grandmother, Marie still enjoys a good bourbon (neat) from time to time.

Max Davis
DIRECTOR
Max focuses his work on acquisitions, development, and asset management across all asset classes. Max joined Clous Road Partners in 2020 after several years working for JLL and Black Creek Group. During his undergraduate studies, Max played varsity basketball at Emory University. When he is out of the office, Max can be found travelling the globe.

Nick Davis
DIRECTOR
Nick focuses his work on acquisitions, development, and asset management across most asset classes. Nick joined CRP as intern in 2018 and returned full-time in 2020. Prior to CRP, Nick worked for Cushman & Wakefield in Denver, CO. Nick holds an MBA with a certificate in Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati. Nick’s free time centers around family and mastering the art of coffee.

Todd Esslinger
Vice President Operations
Todd is the Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for all Clous Road Partners’ asset properties, as well as directing third party management and property services. Todd has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Heather Smith
Property Manager
Heather brings over 20 years of experience managing commercial, industrial, residential, retail, and medical properties. She has directed all levels of complex projects. Heather’s high standards for herself, her properties, and her vendors is evident in all her projects, and she is known for being diplomatic, tactful, warm, and direct with both clients and colleagues.
